What You’ll Do:• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs.• Present and promote MBA & DBA programs professionally.• Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.• Support team performance and share sales best practices.???? What We’re Looking For:• 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Telesales.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.• Strong objection-handling skills.• Previous experience in Education / Real Estate / B2C Sales is a plus.• Good command of English is preferred.????
