Job Description International Travel Consultant – Betco Travel About the Role Betco Travel is looking for a motivated and customer-focused International Travel Consultant to join our team in Mansoura, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, providing suitable travel solutions, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone, Whats App, social media, and other communication channels. Understand customers’ travel needs and recommend suitable travel options. Assist with international flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and tourism packages. Prepare and communicate quotations clearly and professionally. Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication until the booking is completed. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa providers, and other travel suppliers when required. Maintain accurate customer and booking records. Follow company procedures and ensure a high level of customer service. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Requirements Good communication and customer service skills. Good command of English. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up with customers. Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Previous experience in tourism, travel, sales, or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of airline tickets, hotels, visas, or tourism services is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome to apply.
