Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Duties:

• Operate stations and supervise maintenance tasks during assigned shifts.

• Manage the station team and organize 24-hour shift schedules.

• Prepare operational reports including electricity and water consumption, and breakdown logs.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure process integration.

• Monitor both direct (electricity) and indirect (labor, maintenance) costs.

Maintenance Duties:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, motors, and valves).

• Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans.

• Monitor technical performance, analyze operational data, and propose improvements.

• Identify faults and carry out corrective maintenance in coordination with technical teams.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Prepare periodic reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and failure rates.

• Contribute to expansion or refurbishment projects.

• Coordinate with electrical and control teams to ensure system integration.

• Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining water or pumping stations.

• Good knowledge of pumping systems, vertical and horizontal pumps, lubrication and cooling systems, and automation.

• Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in the field, handle work pressure, and collaborate within a team.
