???? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
???? Mill Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with textile factories specializing in Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing.???? Yarn Procurement: Handle yarn purchasing and secure high-quality raw materials for production.⚙️ Technical & Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of fabric construction and all processing stages (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and printing).???? Supplier Network: Deep knowledge of, and established connections with, local and international fabric and yarn suppliers.???? Pricing & Market Awareness: Expert knowledge of current market prices, cost structures, and pricing for various fabrics and yarns.
???? REQUIREMENTS:
???? Bachelor’s degree, preferably a graduate of Spinning & Weaving Engineering or a related field.???? 3 to 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing or a similar role within a garment/textile manufacturing environment.????️ Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).???? Technical Acumen: Deep familiarity with textile materials, structures, and manufacturing workflows.
