Purpose:Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality residential/commercial units, focusing on finishing standards, and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring architectural designs are accurately implemented. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Monitor progress of finishing works (interior and exterior), ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction or design issues proactively. Manage resources, materials, and manpower to meet project schedules and budgets. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards on-site. Provide reports to senior management on project progress, quality, and any risks or delays. Collaborate with the quality control team to audit and approve completed units before handover.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.9 - 10 years of experience in construction management, with strong focus on architectural finishing delivery. Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and finishing materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
