Job Summary:Lead the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle Manufacturing solutions to optimize production planning, manufacturing operations, work orders, shop floor processes, costing, and inventory-related manufacturing activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into effective Oracle Manufacturing solutions and ensure system performance aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Manufacturing modules. Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle functional solutions. Configure and support manufacturing processes including work definitions, work orders, production execution, material transactions, and shop floor operations. Collaborate with Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Costing, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end process integration. Conduct system testing, including SIT/UAT, and support data validation and go-live activities. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide post-implementation support. Support manufacturing process improvements, system enhancements, and optimization initiatives. Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and impact assessments for new business requirements. Support integration between Oracle Manufacturing and other Oracle SCM, Finance, and external systems. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project delivery, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.+3 years of Oracle Manufacturing implementation and support experience. Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production planning, work orders, work definitions, material consumption, and production execution. Oracle Manufacturing Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Cost Management, or Planning is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in full-cycle Oracle implementation projects is preferred.
