• Support the Sales team with technical solutions and product recommendations.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, offers, and presentations.

• Review RFQs, specifications, BOQs, and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to obtain product information and quotations.

• Prepare technical submittals, compliance sheets, and product documentation.

• Follow up on technical inquiries and provide timely responses to customers.

• Assist the Sales team during client meetings and technical discussions.

• Maintain and organize product datasheets, catalogs, and technical documents.

• Support the Sales team throughout the pre-sales process until order confirmation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field).

• 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Support, or a similar role.

• Good understanding of technical products and ability to read technical specifications.

• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Good command of English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with Sales, Engineering, and Suppliers.
