SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive Production Planner to plan and optimize production to ensure customer demand is fulfilled while balancing inventory levels, production capacity, raw material and packaging availability, manpower, and cost efficiency. To ensure high service levels through effective scheduling and continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams.
This role will be based at our factory in 10th of Ramadan and will report to the Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, inventory targets, production capacity, and material availability.

  
  

• Monitor and adjust production plans to ensure on-time delivery while responding to changes in demand, capacity, maintenance, or supply constraints.

  
  

• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure efficient production and timely order fulfillment.

  
  

• Optimize inventory levels by balancing product availability with the reduction of excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.

  
  

• Monitor planning performance, analyze key KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency and service levels.

  
  

• Maintain accurate planning master data and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process through capacity analysis and risk management.

  
  

• Utilize planning systems and digital tools to improve scheduling accuracy, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.

  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

  
  

• Should be able to speak fluently in English and Arabic.

  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

  
  

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
