As a Senior Project Manager, you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain customer fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring the project delivery is completed in the most efficient way. Principal Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, complex projects while maintaining project financials, governance, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence. Provide consultative leadership on a range of pre-planned engagements. Delivery of detailed project plans and strategies including schedules, controls, resources, and validated statements of work (SOW) to achieve proper compliance. Maintain communication with stakeholders by leading project meetings, executive reviews, and steering committees while building strong customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement. Function as a project lead by providing direction and guidance to project workstreams during the project lifecycle while maintaining quality assurance. Retain agreement with customers on project scope, budget, timeline, and delivery expectations. Ensure delivery of quarterly forecast reports on services revenue. Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements mainly across the EMEA region. Proactively manage project risks, customer escalations, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills:
Proven track record with 8-12 years of experience in Project Management. Proven experience within a customer-facing Professional Services, Consulting, Systems Integration, or Enterprise Software organization. Proven ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Excellent customer-facing skills. Strong communication (written and verbal) along with interpersonal skills. Quick learner and great team player. Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring peers. Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both technical and business stakeholders. Good understanding of cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or enterprise software implementation projects. Experience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise software implementation projects. Experience with RSA products is highly desirable. Experience managing project financials, forecasting, and resource planning.
Desirable Requirements:
Strong desire to learn, grow, and become a leader within the technology industry. Good understanding of cloud-based services, SaaS platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Project Management certification is a plus (PMP, Prince2, etc.). Flexible to travel up to 10% of the time, mainly across the EMEA region, for customer-facing activities. Due to the nature of the role and customer requirements, the successful candidate must be able to travel across major European countries on short notice without requiring employer-sponsored visa applications for routine business travel.
