Continuously monitor stock levels; conduct regular counting (daily/weekly/monthly); reconcile physical quantities with the system; enter and update stock data in systems; prepare periodic reports on stock status; analyze item movement (fast-moving / slow-moving); coordinate with the Purchasing Department for replenishment; coordinate with the Sales Department to forecast demand; follow up on purchase and supply orders; monitor product shelf life (if any); reduce waste and loss in inventory; organize and arrange the warehouse according to standards (FIFO / LIFO); use barcode systems and inventory management; monitor discrepancies and investigate them; comply with the company’s storage policies and procedures;
