Job Purpose:
To provide excellent service to customers and contribute to efficient branch operations by preparing products and maintaining cleanliness and order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and interact with them politely
- Take orders and record them at the cashier
- Prepare beverages and foods according to place standards
- Present orders in an organized and fast manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the place and work tools; this is one of the most important tasks
- Adhere to quality and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Presentable appearance and courteous in dealing
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctuality
- Preferably previous experience in cafes or restaurants for at least 6 months
Working Hours:
- 8 working hours with 1-hour break
- Shifts vary according to operating system
