Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Planning Manager role based in Aswān. The Planning Manager oversees project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring that power and infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project timelines, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and financial teams, and monitoring progress against key milestones. The role involves preparing regular status reports, identifying risks and delays, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects aligned with strategic objectives. The Planning Manager also supports resource allocation, cost forecasting, and compliance with company standards and local regulations, while fostering effective communication among project stakeholders. Qualifications Strong project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project or Primavera. Proficiency in project management practices, including risk management, cost control, and resource planning. Ability to analyze complex data, prepare clear reports, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of power, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably within an international or multidisciplinary environment. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is an advantage. Experience working on-site in project environments and willingness to be based in Aswān.
