About the job Senior Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic insights to support the company's financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial performance
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and train junior financial analysts in financial analysis and reporting processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting.
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a MUST.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and financial analysis techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports
- Experience generating reports using SAP is a MUST
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
