This role combines technical expertise in fire and safety systems with strategic leadership in risk management, environmental sustainability, and workplace safety culture. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and systems across operations. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEBOSH, and environmental regulations. Environmental Management Implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact. Oversee waste management, hazardous material handling, and pollution control. Promote awareness campaigns on climate risks and environmental safety. Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Response Design and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans. Lead fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid/BLS programs. Coordinate with civil defense, police, and medical responders during crises. Training & Awareness Deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Mentor staff to build a proactive safety culture. Provide refresher sessions to adapt to evolving risks. Incident Investigation & Reporting Investigate workplace accidents, near‑misses, and environmental incidents. Prepare root cause analysis reports and recommend preventive measures. Track incident trends and implement corrective actions. Qualifications NEBOSH International General Certificate (IG1 & IG2). OSHA 30‑Hour Training (General & Construction Industry).25+ years of experience in occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental management. Strong leadership, risk management, and crisis response expertise. Experience with multinational organizations in oil, industrial, tourism, and education sectors. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and safety management systems. Key Achievements Protected medical facilities and equipment exceeding 1,250 million EGP from fire hazards.
