Job Summary:The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading the branch team to deliver exceptional performance. The role involves managing sales, operations, financial performance, staff development, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business goals. Monitor branch performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Lead, motivate, and coach employees to maximize performance and professional development. Ensure excellent customer service standards and effectively resolve customer concerns and complaints. Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability while maintaining cost control measures. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of branch staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to increase market share and revenue. Maintain a safe, secure, and professional working environment. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
