Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role as a Dual System Curriculum Specialist, located in Asyūţ. Responsibilities include designing and implementing dual system curricula, coordinating between academic and practical training components, and conducting regular reviews to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry requirements. Additional tasks include engaging and collaborating with industry partners, assisting in troubleshooting curriculum-related challenges, and providing technical support to educational initiatives.
Qualifications Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot curriculum-related issues effectively The ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop necessary training plans. Interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with academic and industry stakeholders Familiarity with dual system education models or experience in curriculum development is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus Passion for developing technical education and bridging the gap between academic and industry standards
