Role Description
The District Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales activities within their assigned district. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role requires fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product promotion, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt.
Qualifications
Strong sales planning, business development, and strategic execution skills Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities Experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is highly preferred Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting systems Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer networks in the pharmaceutical sector
