Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue and Reservations Manager at Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor, located in Luxor. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing room pricing and inventory to optimize revenue, analyzing market trends, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, and implementing strategies to enhance revenue generation. Additionally, they will oversee the reservations team, ensure guest requests and preferences are handled efficiently, maintain optimal occupancy levels, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Proficiency in revenue management, pricing strategies, and data analysis Skills in reservation systems, inventory management, and room allocation processes Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities Experience in customer service and handling guest preferences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using hotel management software and tools Understanding of the hospitality and tourism market in Luxor Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage Flexibility and adaptability in managing daily operations and working under pressure
