Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, providing exceptional customer support, presenting and selling company services, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating customer follow-ups, and assisting with training and onboarding new customers.

Strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively and professionally Customer service and support skills to address inquiries and ensure client satisfaction Sales expertise, including the ability to identify customer needs and present solutions persuasively Experience in training or guiding customers through product use and other services Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in maintaining records and managing customer interactions Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a bonus
