Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Giza for an IT Developer & Technical Support Specialist. The role involves developing software solutions, maintaining and updating databases, and ensuring IT systems are stable and efficient. The specialist will oversee programming maintenance, address technical issues, monitor cybersecurity protocols, and provide internal technical support to optimize productivity and troubleshoot technical challenges for the company.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Information Technology systems maintenance and support. Strong knowledge and application of Cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols. Expertise in Software Development and Programming skills. Experience with managing and working with Databases. Effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver technical support and solutions. Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
