Job Description: Sales Associate - Branded Clothing Location: Smouha, Alexandria Position: Sales Associate (Full-Time) Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager About the Role:We are looking for a passionate, fashion-forward, and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in our Smouha store. You will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and ensuring our store reflects the quality and style of our collections. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales:Greet customers warmly and provide personalized, knowledgeable assistance. Understand customer needs and recommend products that enhance their style. Actively drive sales and strive to meet or exceed individual and store targets. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and efficiently. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Product & Merchandising:Maintain expert knowledge of current collections, product features, fits, and care instructions. Ensure the sales floor is impeccably maintained, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards. Assist with daily stock replenishment, floor changes, and window displays. Receive new shipments, tag merchandise, and ensure accurate stock levels. Operations & Teamwork:Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening/closing routines. Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective goals. Provide feedback on customer preferences and sales trends to management. Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Previous experience +2 in retail sales, preferably in fashion or branded clothing, is a strong advantage. Fresh graduates with a passion for fashion and customer service are also welcome to apply. Passion: A genuine interest in fashion, trends, and the retail industry. Personal Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and confident with a positive, can-do attitude.
