Senior Project Manager - Insurance & Technology

Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects. Conduct thorough business, operational, and organizational assessments to support strategic initiatives. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business priorities. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and compliance processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure strong communication across departments and stakeholders. Implement best-in-class project management practices using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Drive operational improvements, workflow optimization, and structured change management. Prepare executive-level project updates, reports, and performance analytics.
