Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting customers with their queries, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, and facilitating solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. The individual will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold company standards and service delivery goals.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience Experience in Customer Support and working as a Customer Service Representative Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience in the telecommunication industry is an advantage Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
