Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Supervisor role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Training Supervisor will oversee and manage training programs for new hires and existing employees. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training materials, conducting training sessions, monitoring team performance, mentoring employees, and ensuring readiness for quality service delivery. The supervisor will work closely with other departments to align training practices with business needs and performance goals.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams effectively Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for delivering training and addressing team concerns Proficiency in Training & Development, including designing and executing effective training programs and courses Expertise in Training and facilitating learning for diverse groups of employees Solid Customer Service background to ensure alignment with client needs and service standards Outstanding ability to assess and improve employee performance through coaching and feedback Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable
