Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Specialist ( KAM) to join our team . In this role, you will leverage your expertise to engage healthcare professionals/Hospitals  and promote our innovative Hospital Equipment & Medical Device .

As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare landscape while driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and expand market presence

• Engage with healthcare providers/Hospitals in through presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to effectively communicate the value of our medical products

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system

• Provide ongoing training and support to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of our products


Required:• 2+ years of experience in Medical Device sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Strong knowledge of medical devices, Hospital or healthcare products• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholdersPreferred:• Engineering Bachelor's degree • Experience working in a hybrid sales environment, combining in-person and remote sales strategies• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for sales improvementTechnical Skills and Relevant Technologies• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage customer relationships• Ability to utilize data analytics tools to monitor sales performance and market trendsSoft Skills and Cultural Fit• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions• A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a passion for achieving results• Team-oriented approach with a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively across departments• Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations
