Job Summary:


The Senior Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful design solutions across all marketing channels. This role requires a strong understanding of visual communication principles, a passion for food Industry and branding, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and effective designs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and recognition.
  • Conceptualize and design innovative packaging for frozen vegetables and pre-fried frozen potatoes, considering factors such as product appeal, shelf impact, and target audience preferences.
  • Create compelling visual identities for new product launches and brand extensions.
  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other print materials for sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging social media graphics and visuals for online campaigns and promotions.
  • Create visually appealing presentations for sales meetings and marketing presentations.
  • Design and develop website graphics, banners, and interactive elements.
  • Create engaging email marketing templates and online advertisements.
  • Manage the company's social media presence through visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content for marketing materials.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Stay ahead of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously explore new and innovative design techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experience in the food industry preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong project management and organizational skills.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.Passion for food and the food industry.
