Summary In brief statement:

• Structuring the needed reports by the regulators including the annual sustainability report.
• Overseeing the implementation of CAE sustainability practices across its pillars; Customers, Staff, Community & Environment; through building partnerships, creating innovative and digital solutions
• Acting as a focal point with:

1- External bodies such as Ministries, CBE, FRA, FEB, NGOs and Incubators for all Sustainability related topics

2- CA Group for all sustainability topics

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Acts as a point of contact for the all the sustainable development related topics across the bank
• Monitors the progress of the Bank’s strategic KPIs and collects all the necessary information from the different business lines to present an exhaustive and accurate image of the bank as well as to be able to answer all queries related to sustainable development
• Prepares the quarter Sustainable Development Committee and governs the implementation/progress of all the action items with their owners
• Monitors the sustainability news in the local market and across competition
• Constant update on the new national and international sustainability frameworks
• Handles the preparation of the sustainability reporting structuring in accordance to ESG and GRI
• Handles the preparation of the Group’s mandated reporting
• Supports the monitoring and assessment of the progress of FReD, Group CSR initiative and non financial reporting (Green Way)
• Acts as a point of Contact with Federation of Egyptian Banks, Financial Regulatory Authority & Central Bank of Egypt. Responds to all report types (monthly, Quarterly and Annually).
• Responsible for the social contribution to the society through creating innovative products and services for people in need (Disabilities, Youth…etc)
• Creating innovative and digital solutions to serve the community
• Design yearly Budget, present rationale and monitor on monthly basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• MBA is a plus
• +5 years of experience in the sustainability report writing
• GRI standards’ expert
• Copywriting skills
