Role and Responsibilities:

- Client Assistance: Provide expert support to clients across the Middle East, ensuring a personalized and professional service.

- Property Promotion: Source and promote properties through private meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

- Lead Management: Handle lead enquiries in a professional manner, manage new and existing leads, and maintain CRM updates regularly.

- Marketing Support: Assist with the company’s social media posts, marketing events, and promotional initiatives.

- Partnership Development: Engage with key connectors and referral partners to create a robust revenue pipeline.

- Office Advertising & PR: Contribute to advertising and PR strategies to enhance the company’s commercial market profile.

- Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships through consistent communication, market updates, and follow-ups.

- Property Listings: Conduct thorough research, compile accurate property listings, and design compelling advertisements.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, property values, and investment prospects to provide valuable advice.

- Sales & Objectives: Achieve or exceed sales targets, proactively seek new business opportunities, and support marketing campaigns.

-Networking: Expand your professional network, build relationships with industry professionals, and participate in industry events.

-Transaction Support: Arrange and lead property viewings, coordinate with professionals involved in transactions, and negotiate terms.

Qualifications:

· Strong consulting and communication skills.

· Proven success in sales, negotiation, and customer satisfaction.

· Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

· In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.

· Fluency in English is mandatory.
