Business Developer Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing Training Center team. In this role, you will play a key role in expanding our training offerings, identifying new market opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitor platforms, advertising strategies, instructor credentials, content quality, and market segmentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive competitor analysis reports to inform the Training Center's strategic direction.
  • Identify and explore potential new training markets, products, and customer segments, conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, customer needs, and product feasibility.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans, marketing plans, and growth strategies to achieve market expansion goals.
  • Research and identify potential training partners aligned with the Training Center's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful partnerships.
  • Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to agreement finalization and ongoing communication.
  • Ensure quality control of training materials, instructors, and delivery methods to uphold the Training Center's high standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including instructors, partners, and potential clients, to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, build brand awareness, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Create and track development plans for all key business development areas, setting measurable goals and monitoring progress.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills through professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist with creating, publishing, implementing, and updating internal quality control forms and processes.
  • Participate in internal audits and contract reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on curriculum design and development, ensuring the content is relevant, engaging, and meets industry standards.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to inform strategic decision-making and ensure our training programs remain competitive.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in business development, training and development, or a related field.Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify trends and draw insights from data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning is a plus.Experience in the training and development industry is preferred.
