Job Details

Required Tasks: Receiving products from the factory, other warehouses, or receiving staff, inspecting them, and ensuring their compliance with specifications, safety, validity, and expiration dates before bringing them into the storehouse. Transporting products to designated storage locations in a safe manner that ensures their safety during internal transport. Storing and arranging products inside the warehouse in accordance with approved policies, while adhering to storage systems such as FIFO, FEFO, and ABC according to the nature of the item. Organizing stacking operations and efficiently utilizing storage space, placing clear identification labels on shelves and items, while keeping aisles safe and free of obstacles. Separating damaged, non-compliant, or expired products from sound products, and notifying the supervisor or warehouse management to take necessary action. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and workplace daily, ensuring it is free from causes of damage or hazards. Monitoring inventory movement and updating its records (electronic or paper) to ensure the accuracy of inventory data. Issuing products to requesting entities or sales representatives according to approved procedures, completing necessary documentation and signatures. Conducting periodic inventory counts, matching actual balances with records, and reporting any discrepancies or remarks. Monitoring stock levels and informing warehouse management of items nearing depletion or those issued to ensure timely reordering. Maintaining all warehouse documents (receiving notes, issuance notes, inventory counts, etc.) in an organized manner ensuring easy reference. Rearranging items when necessary according to management instructions or operational and seasonal variables. Coordinating and cooperating with sales, receiving, issuance, and other departments to meet business needs efficiently. Complying with occupational health and safety procedures, maintaining storage equipment and shelves, and reporting any breakdowns, maintenance needs, or storage space shortages. Required Reports: Daily report on the completion of receiving, storage, and stacking work. Report on observations regarding damaged, overstocked, or damage-prone products. Report on inventory count results and stock discrepancies (when conducted). Report on items nearing depletion or requiring reorder. Report on breakdowns or shelf and equipment maintenance needs.
