· Submitting a report on the actual inventory balances for agencies and company warehouses. · Submitting a daily, weekly, and monthly plan for transferring goods from the company to warehouses. · Periodically providing the finished goods inventory turnover rate. · Achieving 100% of the product mix plan at the lowest shipping and storage cost. · Managing returns according to established regulations. · Submitting seasonal storage and shipping plans. · Communicating with all agencies and following up on balances, orders, and slow-moving stock. · Following up with the production department to track output and determine daily shipments. · Prioritizing shipping to agencies according to submitted requests. Transferring slow-moving stock from agencies to other agencies with higher demand for these items.
