الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم البيانات أو الإحصاء أو الاقتصاد الزراعي أو مجال ذو صلة.
- حد أدنى من 3 سنوات من الخبرة في تحليل البيانات، ويفضل في قطاع الزراعة.
- إتقان قوي لأدوات تحليل البيانات والتصور البصري (مثلاً بايثون، آر، SQL، Tableau).
- فهم عميق للممارسات الزراعية والقدرة على ترجمة الرؤى البيانية إلى تطبيقات زراعية عملية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتفكير نقدي ممتازة، مع موهبة في تحديد الاتجاهات والأنماط.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة لعرض البيانات المعقدة بشكل مفهوم.
In the role of Agricultural Data Analyst, you will play a crucial part in interpreting and leveraging the vast amount of data generated by our agritech solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing data from various sources such as soil sensors, weather stations, and crop health monitoring systems. You will turn complex data sets into understandable insights to help improve farm efficiency and productivity. This role involves close collaboration with farming clients and our R&D team to inform product development and optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of agricultural practices and the ability to translate data insights into practical agricultural applications.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a knack for identifying trends and patterns.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data in an understandable manner.
