Responsibilities:
.Supervise and monitor mechanical systems operations across assigned sites within the Facility Management scope.
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and operational continuity.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and
internal teams to support efficient service delivery. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and operational updates.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all ctivities.
Requirements:
.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Facility Management, maintenance, or MEP operations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical maintenance.
.Previous experience in healthcare facilities, hospitals, or
large-scale facilities is preferred.
Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

.الإشراف ومراقبة تشغيل أنظمة الميكانيكا عبر المواقع المعينة ضمن نطاق إدارة المرافق.
الإشراف على أنظمة التكييف والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق وغيرها من الأنظمة الميكانيكية لضمان الأداء الأمثل واستمرارية التشغيل.
إجراء أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية وضمان الحلول السريعة للمشكلات التقنية
التنسيق مع العملاء والمتعاقدين والموردين
والفرق الداخلية لدعم تقديم الخدمة بكفاءة. إعداد التقارير الفنية وسجلات الصيانة والتحديثات التشغيلية.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة عبر جميع الأنشطة.
المتطلبات:
.درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
.خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنوات في إدارة المرافق، الصيانة، أو عمليات الكهرباء والميكانيكا (MEP).
معرفة قوية بأنظمة التكييف والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق والصيانة الميكانيكية.
.خبرة سابقة في مرافق الرعاية الصحية، المستشفيات، أو
المرافق واسعة النطاق مفضلة.
مهارات فنية جيدة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإيجاد الحلول.
قدرات تواصل وتنسيق قوية.
