WE’RE HIRING | Logistics Specialist???? Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt A leading textile manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate import & export operations from documentation to final delivery.• Follow up on customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.• Prepare, review, and follow up on shipping, import/export, and customs documents.• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports, and governmental authorities.• Follow up on shipments, vessel schedules, container movements, inspections, and final release.• Handle procedures through Nafeza and other relevant governmental and logistics platforms.• Follow up on Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Instructions, and other required documents.• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.• Resolve logistics and customs issues to avoid shipment delays and maintain accurate records. Requirements:✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.✔ 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Import & Export, or Supply Chain.✔ Mandatory experience in Free Zone operations.✔ Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import/export operations.✔ Practical experience using Nafeza and relevant governmental/logistics platforms.✔ Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, ports, and governmental authorities.✔ Good command of English.✔ Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.⭐ Preferred: Previous experience in Textile Manufacturing, Garments, or Home Textile industries.????
