- Ensure orders arrive intact. - Meeting with delivery representatives and discussing daily performance summary. - Review the delivery report of failed orders with each sales representative in advance. - Optimal use of the distribution vehicle fleet - Responsible for loading efficiency to ensure correct delivery. - Work on updating routes - Monitor client routes under his/her supervision - Assist in continuous improvement of routes and tools through market-driven experience - Ensure sales tools align with needs and business plans. - Unloading refrigerators (in case of wholesale sales) - Contribute to training, guidance, and implementation of health and safety programs in the market.
