Role Description
*Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
*Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions in the ERP system.
*Assist in vendor statement reconciliations and account reconciliations.
*Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
Assist in Accounts Payable activities and payment processing.
Support bank reconciliation activities.
*Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
*Support the monitoring of prepaid expenses and accrued expenses.
*Assist in maintaining fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
*Coordinate and good communication with internal departments and suppliers when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree level in Accounting and Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with significant exposure to inventory and cost accounting.
• English language - ability to explain reports in English.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as MS office applications specially advanced excel.
• Familiarity coordinating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

• Ability to manage employee data with high accuracy and confidentiality.

• Highly detailed oriented with strong attention to accuracy.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is an advantage.


• Familiarity coordinating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
