Execute daily sales activities including cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings.
Identify and pursue potential leads and new business opportunities based on the sales plan.
Maintain and update client database and sales records.
Present company products/services to potential customers in a professional manner.
Follow up on inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
Support the sales manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Attend client visits, site tours, and product presentations when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3–5 years of sales experience in construction field
Must own a car
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay positive under pressure.
Proficient in CRM systems, Google drive and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is a plus
Willingness to travel for client visits when required

المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة
3–5 سنوات خبرة في المبيعات في مجال البناء
يجب أن يمتلك سيارة
مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية
دافع ذاتي، مجتهد، ويحب التعلم
مهارات عرض وتفاوض جيدة
القدرة على التعامل مع الرفض والبقاء إيجابياً تحت الضغط.
