EgyBell is Hiring a Data Entry Executive Activation and Dynamic for a leading travel and tourism company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contracts
- Maintain accurate hotel rates pricing room allocations and availability
- Verify hotel data and ensure data quality through regular audits
- Coordinate with Contracting teams hotels and channel managers
- Monitor contract activation within the required timelines
- Handle uploading issues and follow up on system updates
- Review promotional offers and negotiator reports
- Lead support and monitor the performance of the data entry team
- Train team members and ensure compliance with company standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Tourism Hospitality Information Systems or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data entry hotel contracting travel operations or a similar role
- Juniper experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of hotel contracting static and dynamic contracts rate plans and channel management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills
- Very good command of English
