Key Responsibilities: - Edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) that aligns with brand guidelines. - Create motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. - Adapt video content for multiple social media platforms with proper formatting and pacing. - Collaborate with the creative team (designers, copywriters, marketing) to develop high-impact content ideas. - Select and sync music, sound effects, and voiceovers to match the brand tone. - Manage multiple video projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines. - Stay updated on the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools. - Familiarity with AI-assisted video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe Sensei, Descript, Pika Labs, Higgsfield, Midjourney). - Strong storytelling skills with a good sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing. - Experience creating content optimized for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and other short-form platforms. - Ability to work with different aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and ensure quality output. - Strong understanding of color grading, transitions, and audio mixing.
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of 3D animation or advanced VFX. - Experience in shooting short-form content with mobile and professional cameras. - Basic graphic design skills for overlay and thumbnail creation.
