???? End-to-End Order Management: Oversee all operations from buyer order receipt to final shipment.???? Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Production, Quality, Planning, and Sourcing teams.???? Sample Development: Manage the sampling process, including fabric/trims sourcing and client approvals.???? Costing & Negotiations: Prepare detailed cost sheets, BOMs, and handle price/schedule negotiations.⏱️ On-Time Delivery (OTD): Proactively resolve bottlenecks to ensure strict delivery timelines.
???? REQUIREMENTS:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile, or a relevant field.???? 3 to 5 years of experience in garment/textile merchandising within a manufacturing environment.????️ Strong English skills (written and spoken).???? Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of garment construction and production processes.⚡ Leadership: Ability to work under pressure, negotiate, and solve complex problems.
