Operate and monitor the ammonia refrigeration system, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and pumps. Monitor and record temperatures, pressures, and ammonia levels, ensuring the required cooling temperatures are achieved. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and identify and address faults in the refrigeration system. Monitor cold rooms, storage areas, filling stations, and ensure the efficiency of Defrost systems and control of temperature and humidity. Inspect and detect any ammonia leaks and handle them according to approved emergency and safety procedures. Adhere to occupational safety and health procedures, record operating readings and maintenance work, and submit fault reports.
