- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- 5–8 سنوات من الخبرة في المناقصة والتقدير والمحاسبة الكمية ضمن صناعة البناء والتشييد.
- خبرة قوية في إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية للمناقصات.
- معرفة ممتازة بمفهوم استخراج كميات الأرض / BOQ وتقدير التكاليف.
- خبرة في تحليل وثائق المناقصات والرسومات والمواصفات والعقود.
- القدرة على إعداد تقديرات تفصيلية للمواد والعمالة والمعدات والمتعهدين من الباطن.
- معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والتسعير.
- خبرة في الحصول على عروض الأسعار من الموردين والمتعهدين من الباطن وتحليلها.
- القدرة على إعداد جداول مقارنة المناقصات والتحليل التجاري.
- معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Microsoft Excel وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية وتواصل قوية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بمواعيد مناقصات ضيقة.
Job description
We are hiring a Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer to join our team in the construction industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong experience in preparing Technical & Commercial Tender Submissions.
- Excellent knowledge of Quantity Take-off, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.
- Experience in analyzing Tender Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts.
- Ability to prepare detailed Material, Labor, Equipment, and Subcontractor Cost Estimates.
- Strong knowledge of Construction Methods and Pricing.
- Experience in obtaining and analyzing Supplier & Subcontractor Quotations.
- Ability to prepare Tender Comparison Sheets and Commercial Analysis.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
