About the Role We’re Hiring: Quality Head Location: Egypt | Experience: 10+ years We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality standards and compliance in our Egypt operations.
Responsibilities Define and maintain production, quality, and customer‑service standards Lead audits and compliance programs, providing actionable insights Mentor and develop a high‑performing QA team Oversee product development to ensure strict adherence to standards Drive Corrective Action Programs to strengthen processes
Qualifications Graduate/master’s degree10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
Required Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven leadership in audits, compliance, and team development
Preferred Skills Prior experience with top branded Cosmetics, Beauty Care, or Personal Care product manufacturing companies
