Daily tasks: Responsible for receiving customers, responding to all their inquiries related to prices, product advantages, and installment systems, while providing a professional sales experience that helps achieve sales and build a good relationship with the customer. Resolve customer problems and understand their causes, while working to provide appropriate solutions quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and improve the purchasing experience. Execute the entire sales process in the system, from order registration to payment completion, collecting the sales value from customers either in cash, or via payment cards, or through various installment applications and systems. Replace products with manufacturing defects in accordance with company policies, ensuring maintenance of service level and customer satisfaction. Continuous follow-up with the branch supervisor regarding promotional offers and the latest product price updates to support the sales process and enhance chances of achieving sales, in addition to notifying the branch supervisor of the necessary product stock in the warehouses to ensure item availability and successful deal closures.
