Role Description This is a full-time B2B Sales Representative (EdTech) role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The person in this role will identify and qualify B2B prospects such as universities, training centers, and corporate clients, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. Typical activities include conducting product demos, presenting tailored Cyber Anda learning solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs, following up on leads, nurturing long-term relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Regular communication with clients, participation in events or webinars, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements are part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals with institutional or corporate clients. Experience in EdTech, Saa S, or training solutions, with the ability to understand and explain e-learning platforms and cybersecurity-related offerings to non-technical and technical stakeholders. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including delivering product demos, preparing proposals, and handling contract discussions. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales analytics, and the ability to use digital channels (email, video calls, social platforms) for outreach and follow-up. Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cairo, Egypt, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and customer success. Customer-focused mindset, resilience in a target-driven environment, and a willingness to learn about cybersecurity and the EdTech landscape. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B sales. Prior experience selling to educational institutions, training providers, or corporate L&D departments is a strong plus.
