- Break down the business plan into the departments within its affiliated governorate.- Supervision of promoting the company’s books and product benefits.- Supervision of market research to increase the teacher audience base.- Supervision of attracting new teachers.- Following up the teachers database in the area of each representative.- Conducting interviews for representatives.- Continuously training the representatives.- Receiving and reviewing reports related to the representatives.- Prepare a daily report including (the representative’s movements and the number of visits to teachers and sending it to Customer Service).- Sending monthly evaluations of the representatives and the work plan (weekly and monthly).
