Required technical traits and skills: Experience: Verified practical experience of at least 10 years in mechanical maintenance for factories (preferably paint factories). Hydraulic and Pneumatic: Advanced professional experience in reading, tracing, and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Pumps and chillers: Thorough familiarity and comprehensive maintenance of all types of pumps and chillers (central cooling systems). Welding works: Proficiency in welding of various types and industrial applications. Reading drawings: Ability to read technical catalogs and engineering drawings of equipment. Personal traits: Problem solving: High analytical skills and quick-wittedness in dealing with sudden faults (Troubleshooting). Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure and calmly and efficiently handle emergencies and critical faults. Teamwork: Spirit of cooperation and ability to work effectively within the maintenance team and coordinate with other departments.
