Job responsibilities: - Monitor and organize the production process flow. - Supervise production lines and achieve the daily target. - Improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. - Apply quality and food safety standards. - Prepare daily reports and track performance indicators. - Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering (Production / Industrial / Mechanical or equivalent). - At least one year of factory experience. - Leadership, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
