qualifications for an English Instructor include:Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. At least 1 year of English teaching experience, preferably in language academies or training centres. Some roles prefer 2+ years. Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level is preferred for some positions). A TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA teaching certificate is an advantage, and some vacancies specifically mention following CELTA standards. Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Ability to prepare lesson plans, assess students, and teach using interactive, communicative methods.
