Inventory & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support daily inventory and order fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and record all inventory movements. Update inventory records, spreadsheets, and ERP systems accurately. Report stock shortages and inventory discrepancies promptly. Order Fulfillment Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Support smooth and timely order fulfillment processes. Supplier Coordination Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive materials and products. Follow up on deliveries and ensure stock availability. Warehouse Operations Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage/warehouse area. Ensure proper handling and storage of products and materials.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.1–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (preferably Odoo). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physically fit to handle light to moderate lifting.
